Dewpop

Finding your garden…

How to Play And tips and tricks and fun stuff!

Clear the garden or free every lantern before your shots run out.

  1. Line it up

Hold the board to aim, release to fire, or slide below the launcher to cancel. Tap the next bubble to swap.

  2. Match three

Join at least three bubbles of the same color and they pop. Symbols help tell colors apart.

  3. Cut a canopy

Bubbles disconnected from the ceiling drop, freeing any lanterns they carry.

Cut a narrow support to drop every bubble hanging from it. There is no clock.

Rules & scoring

The goal

Clear the board or free every lantern before your shots run out. There is no clock. Match three connected bubbles of one color; bubbles disconnected from the ceiling fall. Pop or drop a lantern’s bubble to free it.

  • Frost: match beside it to crack the shell, then pop the color. Powers break frost too.
  • Stones: never match. Cut their supports or use a power. When only stones remain, they fall.
  • Prisms: match any color and can link groups.

Tap the goal icon beside the level number to review the current objective and mechanics.

Swap and powers

Tap the next bubble, or press X, to swap for free. From level 7, each 24 clears fills the dew ring and earns a power; hold up to two. The droplet counter shows progress toward the next one. The larger left socket is ready; the smaller one is queued. Levels 7–8 award Dew Bomb, with Sunray added from level 9.

  • Dew Bomb: sticks, then bursts through two rings around its landing, including stones and frost.
  • Sunray: reflects off walls and heats bubbles until they burst.

Tap a power, or press P, to load it; repeat to put it back. Power shots cost one shot and keep your colored bubble.

Reaching the waterline or running out of shots ends the attempt, unless that shot completes the goal. Every completion unlocks the next garden. Three stars within par + 1 shots; two within par + 4; one otherwise. Assist offers 25% extra shots and one undo, earning a separate star. Enable it before starting or restarting.

Endless

Rows start every 6 shots on Easy, 4 on Standard, or 3 on Hard. After three rows, Easy speeds up to 5 shots per row, Standard to 3, and Hard to 2. Three rows later, Easy settles at 4 and Standard at 2; Hard stays at 2. Nothing moves while you think. Matches never reset the counter. Pops score 10 points, drops 20. Consecutive clearing shots add a quarter multiplier per streak step, up to double. Best scores stay separate. No pressure never loses and keeps only a session pop count.

Controls

Keyboard

Tab to the board. Up and Down cycle reachable landing cells; Left and Right adjust the angle by one degree (Shift makes a tenth-degree adjustment). Enter or Space fires. Home aims straight up. X swaps. P loads or puts back a power. Z uses Assist undo; it is also in the menu. Read the board in the menu lists every bubble by row and column. Escape closes menus.

Touch and mouse

Phones play upright. Turning sideways pauses the garden until you turn back.

Touch and hold to aim, move your finger to adjust, then release to shoot. Slide below the launcher to cancel. Settings also offers Tap, then Fire if holding is uncomfortable. With a mouse, move to aim and left-click to fire. Right-click swaps bubbles. Shift + right-click loads or puts back your first power; left-click fires it. These shortcuts work over the board. After clicking the board, aiming continues outside its edges; a held drag also keeps aiming outside. The smaller bubble beside the launcher is next.

Tips & questions

Tips

  • Full line is the default. With Automatic selected, levels 1–5 show the full line, then a short direction cue. Change it in Settings any time; stars and scores are the same. Bank shots can reach supports hidden by a canopy.
  • A small grace around the glossy rim lets near-tangent shots slip through a gap. Solid clusters still block shots.
  • Take your time. Nothing advances while you think. Endless adds rows only after shots.

Questions

How do I start again? Choose Restart this level from the game menu, or Choose level for the campaign trail, a plain level list, or Endless. Continue resumes your current round. Changing modes asks before replacing an unfinished round. Records remain saved. Closing results leaves a Next level or Try again button on the board. New lantern, frost and Endless mechanics get a short explanation the first time they appear.
